Dentist

Dr. Que Le was born in Vietnam but grew up in Northern Virginia. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Honors Biology at George Mason University and pursued her dental education at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. She relocated to Christiansburg, Virginia and now considers this her second home. She is an avid member of the Academy of General Dentistry and completed the Nash Institute for Dental learning in 2021. Dr. Le enjoys serving her community and strives to provide excellent dental care while providing a safe environment for those who have dental anxiety. During her time at VCU School of Dentistry, she spent the majority of her education, interacting with the Hispanic population. She is fluent in Vietnamese, English and speaks conversational Spanish. During her spare time, she enjoys meditating, doing yoga, traveling and spending time with her husband and 2 fur babies.

Dr. Ryan Munton began his education at UC Irvine before transferring to Brigham Young University and earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology. He continued his education at LECOM Dental School in Florida where he graduated at the top of his class and won multiple competitions testing clinical abilities.
Dr. Munton has been a welcome addition to our excellent team at Radford Family Dental, joining in the summer of 2022. He is guided by the core principles of ethical treatment, patient autonomy, and clinical expertise. Having spent his fair share of time in the patient’s chair, Dr. Munton is especially empathetic to the patient and is happy to go the extra mile to provide a pleasant experience.
Dr. Munton was joined in his move to Virginia by his lovely wife, Kayla, and two boys, Aiden and Jack. His hobbies include spending time with his family, cooking, spearfishing, and playing sports.

Dr. Carson Bell graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southern Utah University and continued on to Dental School at LECOM where he earned his DMD degree. Dr. Bell has always loved to work with his hands and is very artistic – those skills have carried over into his career in dentistry.

He has always been involved with giving back to the community whether it be a service club in college or helping with hurricane cleanup. He has a passion to serve others and care deeply for his patients. He is an extremely outgoing Doctor who is personable and strives to help people feel at home in the dental chair.

He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Colombia where he learned Spanish and has used it every day for the last two years treating patients.

Dr. Glenn Evans graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in Spanish. In 2015 he earned his DMD degree at Roseman University. While at Roseman University, was elected to be Senior class president. Dr. Evans was awarded the Lifelong Colleague award which is the highest honor at that University. In 2019 he was recognized at the WhiteCap Institute Summit with the advanced credential of Diplomate through their Implant Academy. Dr. Evans also trained and gained certification in IV Sedation and Oral Conscious Sedation.

After graduation he moved to Virginia. Currently, runs a 4 Doctor Practice and really enjoys teaching and mentoring other Doctors. He is a believer in his dental school's lifelong colleague philosophy and in the WhiteCap Institute’s mission of training like minded dentists to place implants and use the most modern technology in achieving the best outcomes safely & predictably.

His wife Amber and three boys are the most important things in his life. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling.
